Meliteh Recruiting is hiring 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭 to join one of Malta’s leading hospitality and leisure operators.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding hospitality group behind some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse dining destinations, several of which are recognised in the 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞.
Our Client's group will further elevate Malta’s dining scene with internationally celebrated concepts, including 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞, the world-renowned beach club and dining destination; 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨, ranked among the Top 50 cocktail bars globally; 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant; and a high-end 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐁𝐐 concept.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
• Create and serve innovative cocktails and beverages.
• Develop seasonal and signature drink menus.
• Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail techniques.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service.
• Engage with guests to provide memorable bar experiences.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Proven experience as a mixologist or senior bartender.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, spirits, and trends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and guest focus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
