Meliteh Recruiting is seeking a 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐚 for a leading hospitality group in Malta.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the Group’s Spa operations, overseeing multiple locations, driving commercial performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with the Group’s brand standards.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
⦁ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Spa Management, including at least 2 years in a senior or multi-site leadership role.
⦁ Proven experience as a Head of Spa, Spa Director, Senior Spa Manager, or similar.
⦁ Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
⦁ In-depth knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty operations.
⦁ Strong financial, budgeting, and analytical skills.
⦁ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
⦁ Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Fluent in English; additional languages considered an asset.
⦁ Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
⦁ Provide strategic direction and leadership for all Spa operations across the Group.
⦁ Drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing strategies, promotions, and service development.
⦁ Ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with the Group’s brand and service standards.
⦁ Lead, mentor, and develop Spa Managers and teams across multiple locations.
⦁ Oversee Spa budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
⦁ Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
⦁ Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all Spa locations.
⦁ Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, packages, promotions, and seasonal offers.
⦁ Manage relationships with suppliers and business partners, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
⦁ Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
⦁ Identify and implement new wellness concepts, treatments, and industry innovations.
⦁ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and commercial performance.
