Meliteh Recruiting is seeking an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for a leading hospitality group in Malta.
The successful candidate will support the management of maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient performance of facilities, technical systems, maintenance teams, and external contractors.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
⦁ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or supervisory role, preferably within hospitality
⦁ Higher Technical Diploma (HTD) or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.
⦁ Knowledge of HVAC and ELV systems
⦁ Electrical Licence A or B considered an asset..
⦁ Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
⦁ Practical, hands-on, and proactive approach.
⦁ Good understanding of health and safety and quality standards.
⦁ 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
⦁ Coordinate daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks according to operational priorities.
⦁ Plan and manage preventive maintenance programmes.
⦁ Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and outsourced works.
⦁ Inspect facilities and building systems, including HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation.
⦁ Investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions.
⦁ Monitor maintenance activities, productivity, materials, and inventory.
⦁ Assist with budgeting, procurement, purchase orders, and invoices.
⦁ Ensure maintenance works comply with quality and health and safety standards.
⦁ Support renovations, maintenance projects, and process improvement initiatives
⦁ Assist in the training and supervision of maintenance staff.
