Meliteh Recruiting is seeking an experienced 𝐓𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 to join the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 of a construction company in Malta.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out wall and floor tiling installations, repairs and finishing works across various construction sites, ensuring precision and high-quality workmanship.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
⦁ Minimum 2 years' practical experience in wall and floor tiling.
⦁ Ability to measure, cut, align and install tiles accurately.
⦁ Good knowledge of tile adhesives, grouting and surface preparation.
⦁ Ability to follow drawings, measurements and site instructions.
⦁ Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
⦁ Commitment to workplace safety and site procedures.
⦁ 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
⦁ Prepare and level surfaces before tiling installations.
⦁ Measure, cut and install ceramic, porcelain and other types of tiles.
⦁ Apply adhesives, grout and finishing materials using appropriate techniques.
⦁ Ensure accurate alignment, spacing and levelling of tiled surfaces.
⦁ Install skirting tiles, trims, thresholds and other finishing details.
⦁ Carry out tile repairs, replacements, snagging and rectification works.
⦁ Inspect completed work and correct defects to meet quality standards.
⦁ Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean and organised condition.
⦁ Follow supervisors' instructions, project schedules and health and safety procedures.
⦁ Assist with other related finishing works when required.

⦁ Salary of €8.50 per hour.
⦁ Opportunity to work on various construction projects in Malta.
