Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐞‑𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐎) to join our client technical team in 𝐀𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐨 operation, based in 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚.
This role oversees digital enablement in CAMO, ensuring AMOS and data systems comply with EASA Part‑CAMO and supports safe, and effective operational improvement.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead the development and maintenance of configuration policies and master data to ensure the highest levels of regulatory compliance and effective asset management.
• Lead and oversee maintenance of aircraft software configuration integrity and performance for e‑enabled aircraft, ensuring full engineering and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the appropriate level of auditing is performed on configuration policy and company source data ensuring compliance with approved aircraft data and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end aircraft software configuration process to guarantee quality, traceability, and compliance.
• Oversee implementation of change processes, ensuring risk assessments are completed for all operationally significant changes.
• Lead AMOSeTL implementation, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Approve cockpit and maintenance tablets (EFB/ETL) in line with applicable regulations and operational requirements.
• Drive transition to paperless maintenance records in compliance with digital record keeping standards.
• Oversee AHM, AireXpert, and digital troubleshooting platforms.
• Lead the development and automation of maintenance planning, workflow efficiency, and fault diagnosis processes.
• Strengthen organizational compliance with EASA Part‑CAMO digital requirements, including data integrity, auditability, cyber resilience, and Part‑IS Compliance.
• Define organizational data ownership, digital governance, and cybersecurity policies.
• Enable and support mobile digital tools for pilots, engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Manage key stakeholders including Flight Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, regulators, and OEMs.
• Oversee vendor management, including contract performance, SLAs, updates, and technical recommendations.
• Lead business case development, ROI assessment, and value delivery for digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT teams on technical project management for digital and system initiatives.
• Close liaison with IT Group to ensure IT systems availability, upgrades, and necessary maintenance are delivered on time.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, Aviation Technology, IT, or related field.
• Additional studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, or Data Governance are preferred.
• 𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞‑𝐄𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 training.
• 15 years of CAMO and Engineering experience with a strong focus on aviation IT.
• Minimum 5 years managing e‑enabled aircraft.
• Minimum 5 years of AMOS experience as a key user.
• In depth expertise in aircraft e‑enablement and related digital systems.
• Strong understanding of security principles for e‑enabled aircraft operations, software configuration, and associated procedures.
• Solid knowledge of AMOS configuration control.
• Hands‑on experience with AMOS, eTL/ETL platforms, AHM, and digital maintenance systems.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part‑CAMO digital and record‑keeping requirements.
• Broad IT knowledge, including operating systems, networks, and PKI.
• Experience deploying mobile tools and digital workflows for operational teams.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
