Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 to join our client commercial team in 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 operation, based in 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮.

This role is responsible for driving network revenue, yield, and contribution through effective demand forecasting, capacity steering, and pricing governance.
Acting as the commercial integrator across Network Planning, Pricing, Sales, and Business Development, the role ensures that capacity and pricing decisions are fully aligned with the company’s strategic and financial objectives, combining strategic leadership with strong execution focus.


𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Define and execute the Revenue Management strategy across all markets, products, and customer segments, translating network capacity, cost developments, and market signals into clear revenue optimization actions
• Drive yield and contribution maximization through active demand management, capacity steering, and close pricing alignment across regions and channels
• Own short‑, mid‑, and long‑term demand forecasting in close coordination with Network Planning, ensuring optimal capacity allocation and prioritization across constrained markets
• Lead tactical and strategic up‑gauging, down‑gauging, and allocation decisions from a revenue perspective to maximize network performance
• Provide strategic oversight of pricing frameworks, rate structures, and pricing corridors, ensuring base rate, surcharge, and pricing governance compliance across all regions
• Act as the final escalation point for pricing exceptions, trade‑offs, and high‑impact commercial decisions
• Serve as a senior commercial partner to Sales and Key Account Management, ensuring pricing and allocation decisions support profitable growth and long‑term value creation
• Support strategic account planning, RFQs, and tenders, balancing competitiveness with sustainable yield and contribution objectives
• Guide Sales teams with clear yield targets, pricing corridor guidance, and deal‑level steering principles
• Act as the interface between Revenue Management, Network Planning, Pricing, and Business Development to ensure alignment between network strategy, commercial priorities, and financial targets
• Drive a culture of fact‑based decision‑making, transparency, and accountability across the commercial organization
• Lead, develop, and coach the Revenue Management team, strengthening analytical capability and commercial judgment
• Define roles, processes, and KPIs in line with the NP–RM–BD organizational roadmap, continuously improving revenue management tools, processes, and decision frameworks


𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline
• Senior‑level experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably within an air cargo, logistics, or transportation
• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary commercial teams
• Strong understanding of network economics, capacity management, and yield optimization
• Highly analytical profile with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic and tactical decisions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive‑level communication capabilities
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
• High‑level proficiency in English with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, orderly approach to work
