𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 is seeking a 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 to join the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 of a construction company in Malta.
The successful candidates will support finishing operations across various construction sites, carrying out snagging, minor repairs and remedial works to ensure high-quality finishes.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
⦁ Previous experience in construction, preferably in finishing, maintenance or snagging works.
⦁ Practical knowledge of common construction materials, hand tools and basic power tools.
⦁ Ability to carry out minor repairs and finishing tasks.
⦁ Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
⦁ Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
⦁ Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction tasks.
⦁𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
⦁ Carry out general snagging, minor repairs and remedial works.
⦁ Assist with plastering, filling, patching, sanding and surface preparation.
⦁ Perform painting touch-ups and minor finishing works.
⦁ Assist with tile repairs, grouting, silicone application and sealing.
⦁ Carry out minor repairs to doors, skirting, fittings and fixtures.
⦁ Assist skilled tradespeople with finishing tasks.
⦁ Prepare work areas, protect completed surfaces and maintain site cleanliness.
⦁ Handle materials, tools and equipment safely.
𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞:
⦁ Salary of €7.50 per hour.
⦁ Opportunity to work on various construction projects in Malta.
