Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to join a commercial team in an air cargo airline, based in 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐚.
This role is responsible for delivering revenue excellence through innovative pricing strategies, route optimization, and capacity control across a dynamic air cargo network.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
⦁ Design and implement dynamic pricing models based on demand, capacity, and competitive factors.
⦁ Manage and maintain rate structures for commodities, weight breaks, and service levels (including mark-ups).
⦁ Adjust pricing to optimize revenue and ensure competitiveness in key markets.
⦁ Define pricing strategies for road feeder services (RFS), including feed and de-feed segments.
⦁ Steer bid prices to balance competitiveness and revenue maximization.
⦁ Set access prices by route and customer segment to drive profitability.
⦁ Configure capacity settings (SPAV) and allotments to ensure optimal utilization across products and partners.
⦁ Forecast demand and manage overbooking levels on a route-by-route basis.
⦁ Operate and configure Revenue Management Systems (RMS), dynamic pricing engines, and booking platforms.
⦁ Maintain system rate sheets, capacity settings, and pricing parameters.
⦁ Ensure data integrity across revenue, sales, finance, and planning systems.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
⦁ 5+ years of experience in revenue management within 𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐨.
⦁ Strong analytical and data modeling skills; proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools.
⦁ Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across departments.
⦁ Excellent communication skills with a strong commercial mindset.
⦁ High-level English proficiency and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
⦁ Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
⦁ Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
⦁ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
⦁ Legal right to live and work in EU.
