Meliteh Recruiting is hiring 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 to join one of Malta’s leading hospitality and leisure operators.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding hospitality group behind some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse dining destinations, several of which are recognised in the 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞.
Our Client's group will further elevate Malta’s dining scene with internationally celebrated concepts, including 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞, the world-renowned beach club and dining destination; 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨, ranked among the Top 50 cocktail bars globally; 𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant; and a high-end 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐁𝐐 concept.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other drinks to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency at the bar station.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests to deliver exceptional bar experiences.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
