Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our client commercial team in 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 operation, based in 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮.
This role is responsible for designs and governs pricing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize yield across the air cargo network, translating market and capacity signals into clear, actionable pricing decisions, competitiveness.
𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Define and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and ensure market competitiveness
• Develop pricing models based on demand, competition, capacity, and cost factors
• Manage rate structures across products, commodities, and service levels
• Adjust pricing dynamically to optimize yield and network profitability
• Provide clear pricing guidance to Sales (floor rates, targets, focus areas)
• Support deal structuring, RFQs, and tender submissions
• Ensure pricing governance and consistency across markets
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Business
• Development on capacity, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy
• Background in air cargo is mandatory
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience with dynamic pricing and yield optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
