Meliteh Recruiting is hiring a 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our client commercial team in 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 operation, based in 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮.

This role is responsible for designs and governs pricing strategies to maximize revenue and optimize yield across the air cargo network, translating market and capacity signals into clear, actionable pricing decisions, competitiveness.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Design, implement, and govern pricing strategies to maximize revenue, optimize yield, and ensure market competitiveness across the Air Cargo network
• Develop and maintain pricing models based on market demand, competitive landscape, capacity availability, and cost environment
• Continuously adjust pricing levels to balance revenue maximization, yield improvement, and market competitiveness
• Own and manage rate structures across commodities, weight breaks, and service levels, including markups and product differentiation
• Define and steer feed and de‑feed pricing strategies (eg RFS pre‑caps) to support network profitability and capacity optimization
• Ensure pricing consistency and governance across markets in line with agreed pricing corridors and commercial policies
• Act as the pricing authority within defined scopes, managing deviations and exceptions in a transparent and policy compliant manner
• Translate strategic pricing frameworks into clear, executable guidance for Sales teams, including floor rates, target rates, and high yield focus areas
• Partner with Sales to support deal structuring, trade offs, and yield focused decision‑making
• Support strategic account planning to align pricing with customer value, network contribution, and long-term profitability
• Participate actively in RFQs and tenders, defining competitive value accretive pricing strategies
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management on demand signals, forecasts, and capacity steering
• Coordinate with Network Planning to align pricing actions with network changes, capacity shifts, and strategic route development
• Partner with Business Development to support market entry initiatives, product launches, and structural pricing projects

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant discipline
• Strong professional background in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy
• Experience ideally within air cargo, logistics, or transportation
• Proven expertise in dynamic pricing, rate construction, and yield optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial decisions
• High level of commercial judgment and strong stakeholder management capability
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional, matrix organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English
• Team oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and order management skills
